Antifog 4007P-H

1. Use

• Antifog 4007P-H is a permanent type antifog agent for synthetic resin (polymer blend type).
• Good antifog capability under a low humidity condition.
• High content master chip.

2. Composition

• Mixture of Polyetherester and Anionic surfactant (40 wt %)

3. General Properties

• Appearance: yellowish pellet

5. Application Method (example for PET)

      DRYING                   Water content <1000ppm
                                     Recommended condition: 60-80°C, <1000Pa, >8 hours

      DRY-BLENDING       PET, Antifog 4007P-H, Pigment, Filler, Tumble mixer
                                     Recommended amount for migrate-type effect: 0.5~2.0wt%
                                     Recommended amount for permanent-type effect: 5.0~10.0wt%

      MIXING                    A twin screw extruder
                                     Recommended conditions: 260~270ºC
