| Twin and Single Screw Extruders | Run the screw RPM at 90 to 95% load and at low PRM | 45 min. cycle time with phthalos and highly loaded black pigment. 30 min. or less with other colors.

| Continuous & Batch Mixers | For FCM's, purge clean the CM first and then let the clean ribbon go through the single screw extruder. for best results, rub the screw at low RPM and keep the cold water on. | 30 min. at each stage of the extruder or the body of CM. |
